Plant Bae is an all-American vegan restaurant located in downtown Montgomery. While the menu is meat- and dairy-free, the taste is universal. We invite herbivores, omnivores, and anyone in between to try it out so they can say, "I've been Bae'd."
The Plant Bae story started in early 2018, when Dr. Quebe Bradford decided to become vegan. A series of events helped her make the decision. She'd had trouble nursing her daughter and later realized her child did not respond well when she consumed dairy. In addition, a visit to the doctor's office revealed that Quebe's cholesterol levels were higher than normal, thus solidifying her decision to remove meat and dairy from her diet. Her husband, Mr. Eric Bradford, who has been a certified personal trainer for 10 years, supported her lifestyle change and served as a challenging taste tester. After being vegan for two years; traveling across the country eating plant-based food in New York, Las Vegas, and Atlanta; and catering vegan food in her hometown, Dr. Quebe Bradford and her husband, Mr. Eric Bradford opened their first restaurant in Montgomery, AL on May 8, 2020.
Credited with being the city of Montgomery's only fully vegan restaurant, Plant Bae is poised to become a staple in the downtown community. Plant Bae is an all-American vegan restaurant. While the menu is meat- and dairy-free, the taste is universal. We invite herbivores, omnivores, and anyone in between to try it out so they can say, "I've been Bae'd."

"I'm so proud to offer plant-based food to the elderly through the Granny's Baeby program. I have no memories of any of my grandparents because they all passed when I was a toddler or before I was born. I can't help but wonder if their lives could have been extended through access to high quality food. The Granny's Baeby program is our tribute to our ancestors! " -- Dr. Que, co-owner, Plant Bae
The Granny's Baeby program will offer complimentary plant-based meals to the elderly, ages 62+, 7:30-10:00 a.m. on August 8, 2020.
